Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped within 1 - 4 days of receipt of your order. Each product is hand poured and will be packaged to ensure that it is delivered to you in perfect condition, however if your order is damaged in transit we will provide a replacement free of charge. All I ask is for a photograph of the damaged item.

We will also accept perfect returns if you would like an alternative product. Postage in this case will be at your own cost.

  • Returns

    We take great care packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, however, if your order arrives damaged we are happy to send a replacement, all we ask is that you send us a picture of the damaged item.
